Refund policy

1. 30-Day Defect Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee specifically for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund due to a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item, along with your order number, to our support team at: hello@tinymischief.store

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your claim is approved, our standard procedure is to ship you a brand-new replacement kit free of charge, or issue a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Because our CamoBuddy™ kits are custom-crafted specialty hobby items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following:

  • Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse: Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot issue a refund if you simply change your mind, decide you no longer want the item, or ordered by mistake.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional sales, discounts, or clearance events are final sale and cannot be refunded.

  • Used or Painted Items: Any figure that has already been painted, colored, washed, or modified by the customer cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Returns & Shipping Costs

In the rare event that a physical return is authorized by our support team, please note:

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to our designated warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your photo/video evidence or your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
